I ordered an upgrade online. I upgraded my iPhone to the Silver 5S 32GB. Shortly afterwards I was phoned by a Vodacom employee stating there was no stock. I said I would then try elsewhere. Shortly after that I was bombarded with SMS's saying I have been upgraded to a higher package (not the one I wanted) and also a 64GB iPhone. My initial reference number cannot be found on the system. I also subsequently found out the iPhone was delivered to a strange address (not mine). I am positive this is an inside job - a done by somebody within Vodacom who could manipulate the process from within! Try and get somebody from Vodacom to assist?? Cannot get anybody who can affectively deal with this matter!!!
