I am very disappointed and loaded with anger.
I pre ordered the iPhone 5s on the 7th November. Call Center never got back to me. On the 11th I phone in and upgraded one of my contracts to the iPhone 5s deals. I was told that my device will be shipped latest on Monday the 18th, which was yesterday. My Upgrade number still shows no waybill found on the RAM website. Your call center staff have no clue whats cooking and they transfer me from operator to operator.
Best part is, a friend of mine who upgraded his contract a week later than me, also a iPhone 5s deal, his is set to be delivered. How on earth does this work out?
