They didn't do a Debit order on time

I tried to make a call my phone failed because my number have been suspended, l called the 808 number to find out what's the problem and told that they didn't't Debit their money on the first because it was on Sunday and l asked why they didn't Debit the folowing day in the morning, they told me they did but they found the bank with out money will there was money until 12:00 midday when l withdraw money to use it thinking that they have done Debiting my accounts and the call center lady Refused to give me the Ref number and her name and she was rude could not answer any? I ask her now I can use my Phone because of you did late Debit this is poor service you shoul have called me first to conferm that there is no enough money in my account before you suspend my number and still there is money in that account this will be the last time to use mtn poor stundered
