8ta is data bundles from it's customers

Am a regular buyer of R149 8ta 2 1GIG promo ever since they introduced it. This problem of 8ta starting to bundles started around November for me, where bundles would disappear without a trace, I called 8ta about this problem and they told me it's my open web pages that are eating my bundles of which doesn't make sense, because all these pages are open already and the browser caches them. After my bundles were depleted, i bought more (2gig 1gig night surfer) in mid December and the same thing happened after 3days of surfing no videos watched, i was left with 499MB and this came as a surprise to me, and this time i felt like I was being robbed. Auto updates are all turned off on my Macbook and PC, I've been using 8ta for a year now and i know what finishes data, so they mustn't tell me it's open web pages are finishing data.

Now i need to know from 8ta on what tha heck is going on with my bundles, because now am even scared of buying more, what's the use if they gonna run them down themselves and have me buy more, that is.
