On 28 Oct i upgraded my vodacom data contract, only to find no action was taken until 3 November upon which i requested a cancellation of the upgrade. The upgrade was cancelled but i was charged admin fees and upgrade fees on my account which i contacted vodacom on 05 November, 13 November, 5 December, 6 December, 9 December - 12 December, and every time i am told they will call YOU!! CANDICE MNISI, YOU SAID YOU CALLED ME, BUT YOU NEVER DID, CANDICE MNISI Never calls back, and is a ghost in the company, no resolution yet, but a million SMS's for arrears account to be paid!!! I OWE YOU NOTHING YOU USELESS!!! CALL ME BACK!!! YOU REALLY NEED TO SORT THIS OUT A.S.A.P AS I AM ALSO REPORTING THER MATTER TO THE NCR FOR RESOLUTION
