WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCED

On 12/10/2013 I migrated my vodacom data contract to a smart small contract, that was meant to kick in on the 01st of november 2013. total cost of package (which includes a phone) to be 499.00 a month.
upgrade and migratione done at vodacom world.
november came and NO MIGRATION!!!
numerous phone calls (on 01/11/2013, 06/11/2013, 08/11/2013, 11/11/2013, 02/12/2013)
to vodacom's upgrade centre and NOTHING!!!
each time i phone i get the assurance that the migration has taken place and will kick in on 01/12/2013 (it should have taken place on 01/11/2013 according to the new upgrade contract that was signed on 12/10/2013).
today is 02/12/2013 and i am still on a data contract!?!?! the migration has not taken place.
i am sick of this level of service as i spend in excess of 1700.00 a month at vodacom.
surely something this simple should not be such a struggle!?!?!
the worst is that i am being to each time that i phone the upgrade centre.
i want this resolved before the end of the day.
i want my account to be credited with the 230.00 that it was overcharged for november 2013.
i want my account to be credited with the 230.01 that it will be overcharged with for december 2013.
