Hi.

I hve had a contract with "voda " for two years now, and in december an unusualy high debit order amount went off for their benefit. I then called them, was told I did an upgrade on the 6th November. The problem is I never did an upgrade. The question is how can someone do an upgrade on my account, my understanding is there are checks that must be made when someone is upgrading. Therefore the conclusion is this is by vodacom employees or there is gross negligence from vodacom employees. I was supposed to have been called back by now regarding this matter but no one has called yet.

Plese get someone to sort this matter out ASAP, if you have any pride.
