I have been having issues with Internet speeds for the past 5 months. even at the beginning of the month when i am not supposed to be throttled. I have e mailed and i have phoned and all i get is someone asking for the sim numbers of both my dongles which i have sent and verified that they were received by the person, they have promised more than once that they will follow up. which is yet to have happened. I am not satisfied with the service and would like my issue to be resolved with haste.
