Approved insurance downgraded phone!

Okay so MTN is a great service provider in my books. Free airtime, free data, great deals, ridiculously low billing, they are the best. Yet now comes the sad part. MTN Insurance. I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 as soon as it came out from MTN for my upgrade (I didn't cancel my contract because MTN gave me a great two years of excellent service) unfortunately people get wild in December and my phone was at gun point. I would have fought for my phone yet the fact that I had insurance settled me. I reported it immediately at an MTN store. They sent the documents on Thursday last week. A week went by with NO feedback I called the insurance and keep holding for up to an hour before getting cut off. It's December so i understand. Finally after a few angry Emails Tammy gets back to me stating that my claim is approved. YES!!! When I open the documents. My replacement phone is now a Galaxy S4... What? They now want me to have a replacement phone that costs Two Thousand rand less than my monster Note3. This is unacceptable!! Please send me the right documents that have my phones model MTN. I will not settle for an S4!!! Please call me today! Tammy just ignores my Emails!!
