I logged a call regarding an insurance claim, of which the incident happened in Aug and m only getting feedback now in Nov.thanks to HELLO PETER?? The insurance claim was approved now the night mare starts i insured a Samsung galaxy s3, iv been to about 6 mtn stores and am being told that the phone has been discontinued and i can't get the phone ok that understandable, but i did say m not sure willing to use any other brand besides smamsung n am not gonna degrade myself to a mini... at first i was given R6500 for the claim cost of which i complained about cause i can't get a proper phone with the amount given. It was increased to R7500.00 Bare in mind i shouldn't b now at blame cause the fone was now discon tinued. I was advised that i could go for a galaxy s4 which costs R8300.00 m guessing that's so convenient for me to pay the difference of 800 350 excess fee, m sorry that won't happen. Second option was a Samsung galaxy note 2 that's another problem now cause apparently there's no stock on the fone. Now what i don't understand is why i sud Hv insurance yet am not being assisted with the problem at hand, m running up and down like a headless chicken solving this.
