Cancelled my ADSL instead of transfer to Telkom

I cancelled my service with Mweb, and since my ADSL line was managed by them I asked them to transfer it back to Telkom. They were also fully aware I was moving to Afrihost. Mweb, either by accident or malice, cancelled my line instead. This means I must go through a whole new process to get ADSL reactivated.
