I bought a Samsung galaxy S3 phone five months ago of wwhich I am paying insurance for every month.my phone accidently fell and the screen broke, I took it back to the store to claim so that the insurance can fix my phone, I provided them with all the necessary documents they required from me but still today no action has been done my phone is still in store and no one seem to know when my phone will be fixed. They keep on telling me they will call me as soon as they know but until today m still waiting for their call.
