Liquid Damaged Phone

About a year and half ago i took insurance for my phone. Recently i wanted to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy 2 softaware. I took it to MTN Repairs for the upgrade. They came back with the report that it could not be fixed / upgraded because my phone had liquid damage. MTN advised that if i had insurance i would claim because liquid damage is covered in my insurance.

When i called pinnacle, i was made to pay R150 (Which i assumed it was for transport) which i paid. One week i never had from them. When they finally did they said my phone was still in repairs. A day later another technician called me to say, the phone had liquid damage and he will not flash it the way approved by Samsung. On top of that, he said the Insurance had does not cover for that.

24 MObility is a joke in that, I have submitted a claim for liquid damage and now they even want to pass the cost of repairing the phone to me yet i am thinking I am insured. How can a reputable company even pass my phone to some technician who do this in some unwarranted manner. For all i know this could be done in the streets.

Shame on you 24 mobility. I curse the day that i insured my phone with you.
