Thank you very much Hello Peter for assisting with my recent MTN query, I got a replacement phone last week Thursday for my Blackberry 9780. They haven't responded to the query below and I would really appreciate it if you can assist with it as well.
Last year I reported a Samsung Galaxy S2 under the cell number 073 204 3075 which I got as an upgrade last year May and they took it in and wrote it off and said I need to pay R750.00 for excess because I have claimed before on the number and I refused to pay that because according to my understanding, an upgrade is a new contract therefore qualifies as a new insurance policy. To date MTN refuses to give me a replacement handset for that Samsung and I'm still paying for the contract.
I had a loan phone from MTN during the time they were "fixing the phone"& they collected that after informing me that I need to pay R750.00 excess on the phone and that means I do not have a phone I'm paying for everymonth.
