They replaced me with a 2nd handed phone

1stly, I struggled to get claims form when I lost previous cell phone, Truworths had to assist me. After I submitted the claim form the never replied until I liaise with their Manager. When they gave me replacement phone the never give me sim card and replacement document as they promised. I experienced technical problems, I went to MTN and they said this phone does not exist and required its documents which I never received. I requested this document from Finrite, they all promised to forward it to me & they did that for a week, I ended up emailing Sharkirah requesting my documents and cancellation due to their service. After a week Sharkirah the manager forward it to me, & I immediately took my phone to MTN for repairs, because it had technically problems. After a week MTN gave me feedback that someone used this phone therefore they can't repair it. I have every proof, all call I placed are being recorded and I have conversations via emails.
