I purchased a ipad book cover. Was not sure of the size and was told I could exchange it if necessary. On returning to exchange, I was told they would order the correct size for me. After weeks I had no feedback from the store. When I contacted them they said stocks not yet arrived.
I have since found out that the blackberry playbook covers have been discontinued and now I would like a refund. This has been going on for 6 weeks. They are refusing to refund. The item purchased is still in original packaging. Also no one from the store has bothered to contacted me. I always have to phone them to follow up. The manager is never available (so they say) or in the store. What is one to do now? Its only R329.00. Is that worth all this aggravation and bad publicity for the company. I have sent 2 emails to 8ta H/O complaints dept. Even they have not bothered to reply to me.
