Broken refurbished handset

I took my Blackberry Bold 9790 in for repairs on the 22nd Jan 2012, reason being it was constantly switching off, and would only stay on when it was on charge. After it being at Vodacom for 14 days I phoned to see when my handset would be ready and they said I can come collect it (thanks for letting me know). Vodacom then gave me a refurbished Blackberry Bold. It was working fine for the first day then I started noticing it began behaving like my old handset. Not even 5 days down the line the phone wouldn't even switch on.

Now, I'm probably going to have to wait another 14 days for another broken handset, which means I have been without my phone of a month. Completely unacceptable. The refurbished handset I receive next better work or I will cancel my contract. Don't understand the point of a Blackberry Warranty if they just replace your phone with another broken one.
