5th Blackberry and still the same problem

I took out a contract with Vodacom during Oct/Nov 2012. Since then I have had 5 different Blackberry 9320's. ALL of them with the same problem. The trackpad stopped working. Now, the trackpad on the fifth one in my possession, has been giving problems for the last couple of months. It really is getting unbearable. Each time I take the phone in, there is no loan phones available either and I lose a month's worth of BIS that I have already paid for, and in addition I have to spend extra money for megs and sms's. I want to know when someone in management in Vodacom is actually going to care for their customer and offer me an early upgrade since this is now the fifth time I am having the same problem. I have called Sandton City repair Centre and once again they don't have loan phones so I have to carry on suffering with this broken Blackberry. I just really cannot believe how little Vodacom cares about their customer. I want an early upgrade to get rid of this piece of rubbish they keep on giving back to me. How many more times must a phone break??
