I am really disappointed with cellc's response to the iphone 5 R399 special.

My name has been on a waiting list for 3 weeks and still have not heard a word from the pavilion branch.

I then applied online and received the same response... out of stock. I followed up on the 23rd January to receive the same reply, no stock as well as no further information on potential stock.

I called the Pavilion branch on the 29th of January, and spoke to an INCOMPETENT and ill-informed person, with a new product on the market, a great offer and high in demand one would expect them to be on top of their game.

On a trip to Johannesburg from Durban, and getting disappointed spending the day driving around to various branches (Sandton, The Glen) looking for an iphone has just left me utterly frustrated and disappointed.
Surely if a deal is published comprehensively there is sufficient stock. This is totally not what to expect from a company (Cell C) who are trying to impress and expand their client base.
