I have two cell phone contracts with vodacom and upgraded both dated 25 Sep 2013, to date i have so much regret in doing so from the first day I received the phones, which are both Blackberry Z10.
The one phone was a problem from the day I got it, had to go to a vodacom repair centre twice in the first week of having the phone, an this is suppose to be a brand new phone. The subscription suppose to be R 275 a month per contract but never has that been my bill on both statements, always much much more. I have done upgrades before and never have I had to pay two handset fees, one for the new upgrade handset and the other for the previous contract handset term, funny how that had not been the case before with previous upgrades. EVERY SINGLE DAY, I monitor the data usage on both contracts using *111# option 1 and then option 2, as i do not want it to exceed the 200MB that the contract includes but using this method does not seem accurate and reliable as data usage is charged on my statement, according to *111# should not be the case, as i still have data left from the 200MB given.

If this option is not realible and not accurate, customers should be advised of this.
