When upgrading my contract, I took out a topup package as well as insurance on my phone, I then requested that data be put on my phone as I was aware that the phone used a lot of data; and that I would no longer have BIS on my phone. today when calling Vodacom I was informed that I am Paying an amount of R250. for a handset fees.

I WAS NEVER TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THIS FEE, I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE DIFFRENCE FROM MY TOPUP AND INSURANCE WOULD BE DATA!!! I know that I was being charged a handset fees, I would have relooked at my options and taken out a better option (IF THERE IS ONE)

I have experienced endless problems with Vodacom and am extremely dissatisfied with the services that I have received since the 19th of February.
As far as I am concerned you can take your phone as well as your contract BACK!!!
