I reported a complaint October 30th about, REF 1233142 that happened on my profile without my knowing.
I tried to resolve this matter before I left the country to go overseas & informed Vodacom that while I'm aboard I cannot see to this as I've done my part by giving the affidavit.
Since my report I was assured this was resolved November 14th I receive a statement for charges to a Galaxy tablet with a delivery address in Wadeville which is not my address.
I sent Vodacom & Njongo Mnyani from Cancellations Dpt, my affidavit REF S3-T6T2R-RJ0DT & once again nothing has been done about this.
I have handed this over to my attorney as Vodacom had breached their security agreement & this is unacceptable. Then Genieve Isaacs from Customer Services called to ask me again for the exact same papers I sent to Njongo. No internal communications or follow up between departments especially in cases.
Furthermore I received to date another set of statements with charges to my 3G SIM (079 767 8823) number after it was blocked November the 5th.
I am gob smacked to the level of inefficiency I have received, lack of communication as to what exactly is Vodacom doing & why am I charged?
