This seems to be a common and frustrating problem among MTN data package contracts. I've been among the many disappointed MTN users to be charged for packet switched data calls. On checking my data bundle, I noted that there was still a balance of data at the end of the month. This has occurred over the past few months which I have not agreed upon when signing up for the contract. This is a complete misrepresentation by MTN into deceiving customers into signing up data contracts without informing of the additional charges. I queried it with customer care and all they provide me is the definitions of the information and vague feedback. I am highly frustrated with the service or the lack of it I am receiving as MTN shows no concern of resolving my problem. I would highly recommend all possible MTN customers to reconsider their decision and will not recommend MTN as a service provider of choice!!! I expect this to be resolved as a matter of urgency and am seriously considering cancelling my current contract with you!!!
