I phoned to cancel a vodacom contract as the term was up. I spoke to laurence khubayi who the told me not to cancel as he would work out a package for me, which he did do, and reduced my monthly premiums for which i am grateful.i must ask though why i was not contacted previously and offered the solutions since my contract was expiring. Anyway, Laurence confirmed with me that there would be no fees associated with any of the changes he made. When I received my statement the following month i found out that I had been charged a cancellation fee of some sort, an amount of R313.50. I have since sent 6 emails to laurance with no reply, i have spoken to someone supposed to be his senior Njongo Mnyani (also emailed) no reply and i have sent 2 emails to the customer services dept, no reply, apart from the automated reply.
The resolution is simple. i want my money back.
