I have one debit order that got returned in September by pure onforseen circumstance, and my credit rating gets smashed so that I cannot upgrade. Then when you phone to sort it out you get shunted from department to another because nobody seems to know who should deal with it.
Payment was made speadily once error was discovered, but despite being with Vodacom for over 10 years, spending a minimum of R1000 a month, and being up to date since then, this is what happens. Now it will take 2 days to MAYBE rectify.
