Unning unauthorised credit checks

FNB have run 3 credit checks on my name in last month. I have not authorised any of these credit checks and this is unacceptable. They are solely responsible for bringing down my credit rating and then not giving me an acceptable bond amount in accordance with this.
Absolutely shocking service. Once you have done a credit rating to preview a file you should use that rating for anything pertaining to that file in that month. Does FNB actually think that there will be changes from week 1, 2 or 3 in that same month. Especially when majority of my accounts are held with them.
My complaint reference : 266531 when they sent it to the senior credit department should not have run another credit check. At no stage was i asked if they could rerun the check. This is unacceptable! On this application i requested that FNB run no credit checks and that they use the initial scoring that was used for the initial bond that they approved - as i am aware that the more credit checks that are run the more your points go down.
Is FNB aware that i am trying to purchase a house and they are messing my rating??
Checks done on 6th, 12th and 20th March 2013 totally unacceptable!
