I have never had a contract with Vodacom but after a credit check it comea up that I did. I was contacted last year Nov/Dec by someone who wante to sell R75 aitime to me every month and I told them that I had already taken out a contract with CellC. After numerous calls I was told that this would not affect my rating in any way and that the people that called me where an outsourced company. My name is with the legal deparment but apparently that means nothing to Vodacom according to the last call I had with them. My frustrastion is that I only had a prepaid number with vodacom (0765579625) and never agreed to anything the recorded call is my only evidence. My issue is, aftet trying to resolve the issue I was given false information and pushed from one department to the other. This is my name and record that they messing with and nobody seems to care. For me whoever/whichever department this is but this person said they were from Vodacom and VODACOM should then resolve the issue on my behalf or investigate on the manner.
