Penalty always my fault

I am a very distraught customer and i have 6 lines spending a minimum of R2500 monthly on my accounts. for the past 3 months my debit order isnt going off and its not my bank or accounts fault as all my other stuff goes off accordingly. when i phone the accounts department they say there must be a problem with the bank, which like i said cant be as it went off previously without problems and i am now liable for the penalty fees every month. they also tell me that i cant take off my debit order and pay cash because of my returned debit orders. if i didnt have the money why would i go and pay it in exactly the day after my debit order was suppose to go off? this is starting to become a big frustration and my lines keep on getting softlocked and they cant higher the credit limit because of the debit order returning.

please can someone just do something about this and remove the debit order as i will rather go and pay it cash monthly and save myself the penalty fees.

Vodacom can know as sure as i live i will not upgrade with them and rather move all 6 my packages to another service provider.
