MTN - HORRIBLE, INCOMPETENT ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT!!!

For the past 3 months I have been having trouble with MTN. End of August i was charged for an upgrade which I did not ask for OR receive! I called MTN and was then told that this was ok, seeing that my last payment would be in September, they would use the money they charged as an upgrade as my End of September final account money. I then asked them to cancel the contract after the last month fee. Since then, i have been loading airtime as a pre paid customer.

Friday, I received an SMS stating that my account was over due- how can this be when MTN owes me money for an upgrade I did not take?! Now my phone has been barred! I AM SO TIRED OF MTN! how many agents and time am i going to waste at work trying to sort this out?! This is actually and it is unfair! I am not going to stop until MTN rectifies this problem!! HOW MUCH MORE MONEY ARE YOU GOING TO TAKE FROM ME??? MTN is quick to harass you for money but when they owe you money you must beg for it for months! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I am definiteky going to change networks!!! HOWEVER I DO NOT WANT A BAD CREDIT RATING BECAUSE OF MTNS INCOMPETENCE!!!
