INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DATE

I received a sms on the 24 April 2013 stating that my debit order for my Personal Loan will be deducted on the 25 April 2013. I called the number 0860103116 and spoke to a consultant called Wesley and told him about the sms that I received. He checked on the system and advised me that I need not worry as my debit order date is the 28th of the month and my account will not be debited on the 25th but the 28th and this will not affect my credit rating. Today I received a call from a number (0836360144) and the lady tells me that interest will be charged to my account and that this will reflect badly on ITC as a payment has been skipped. Turns out, my account was debited on 25 April 2013 and there was obviously not funds in my account as I only get paid on the 27th. If interest is being charged to my account I want this reversed immediately and I want a copy of my credit report indicating that this has not affected my credit rating. If a credit report cannot be furnished, please send me a letter stating that this has not affect my credit rating at all.
