Worst service I've ever had

Two months of extremely bad service, despite telling vodacom of the make of my blackberry, i ws send from pillar to post, plus the local Vodacom shop in Springs, gauteng, said they cant set up my BB phone, i must got to boksburg. i now got an email from Vodacom that the make and model is not compatible. i've bought two bb bis at a cost of R118 and still unable to connect. so money wasted. from the beginning i gave make and number. now vodacom says they will NOT REFUND ME THE BIS..COSTS.!!! what a way to get free money with zero usage. and not care about their customers I have all the emails and chat message from vodacom available .. I have never been treated so badly by a company. and their don't care attitude stinks. is there someone higher up i can complain to!!! how do i get redress for bad service, lack of knowledge by their consultants, they let me run around like a headless chicken then tell me that the phone is not comptible with their systems but they wont refund me the money i've spend on BB bis!!! I will be moving my phone accounts to another cell phone service provider sadly after 10 years with them... bye bye vodacom hello new cell phone company
