I WAS OFFERED A UPGRADE ON MY CONTRACT TO THE NEW I PHONE 5, I ACCEPTED THE OFFER AND ONE DAY AFTER THE NEW PHONE WAS ACTIVATED THE PHONE GAVE PROBLEMS AND I HAD NO CELL PHONE CONNECTION WHAT SO EVER! TRIED THE CALL CENTRES, TRIED LOGGING A COMPLAINT, TRIED EVERYTHING BUT AFTER FOUR DAYS I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE FROM VODACOM!!! I USE MY CELL PHONE FOR WORK AND FOR 4 DAYS I COULD NOT RECEIVE OR SEND CALLS AND HAVE LOST MY INCOME FOR THESE DAYS!!! I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY EACH MONTH WITH VODACOM AND NOW I AM BEING TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF RUBBISH!!! NO FEEDBACK, NO ENQUIRIES, NOTHING!! AND WILL VODACOM PAY MY LOSS OF INCOME???
