I have sent my Samsung Galaxy S3 for repairs for overheating for the fifth time now, they replaced the mainboard twice and it has not fixed the problem, it is clear that this is a defective model. What is the reason for not replacing a my phone, I am really unhappy with the service from Vodacom. I am really considering moving my business over to another cell provider and not only this contract all my contracts under my account because if the Vodacom Repair cannot repair a popular phone, this will most likely happen if i have to bring any of my other phones in. Bringing my phone in for repairs have seriously wasted a lot of my time and money.
