Good Afternoon
I ordered my Iphone from your Customer Services. That was about three weeks ago. They took my order, said I was approved, took my banking details and information. They said my phone will be delivered yesterday or today. It is no 3 o'clock and no show. I have phoned your call center (084145) last 4 days just to speak to a consultant to tell me where my phone is. Each time I have hold on for 30 to 45 minutes?!?!?! No one answers. I spoke to Kapxigi now at Customer Service and she cant help me either? I think you service! I moved from Vodacom to you because I thought service will be better and I like your deals. But alas!! I'm regretting my move.
Please advise me what is going on and if you think this is acceptable?
