Tomorrow will mark 1 week since we went to Vodacom V&A Waterfront to take out a business contract.
We were promised Gino would call us that afternoon. We didn't hear anything until the following day when asked to come and sign the letterhead. Now it's been days since and no communication. No phone call, nothing.
The number listed for the shop never rings. It is always engaged and there is no email or alternate contact details.
Very frustrating and time wasting to have to travel to the store to find out what is going on!
