USELESS STAFF HAVE FAILED SINCE 2nd December

I went into store on the 2nd of December to port my Vodacom prepaid number (0825742494) onto a month to month 8ta contract, the one for R99 / month. Nicolas Wire helped me and completed the contract. Promised to keep me posted. A week passed and still my number had not ported (supposed to take a day). I called the call centre. Advised that issue on Vodacom end - checked with Vodacom store in waterfront, according to them they never received the port - went back to 8TA.Throughout this time, no feedback from Nicholas, I had to run after him. Port request submitted again this time through agent Maxine on the 9th of December - promised to keep me posted. Again, I waited and still on Vodacom. Went into store on 24th December. No feedback from Maxine throughout this period. Manager Angelo served me on 24th, did the port again and promised it will be resolved on Friday the 27th and that he would call me. Waited on Friday, did not receive a call nor had my number been ported. Called the store, he said he would check and get back to me. Ashruff and Nicholas got in touch promising to resolve. Its Monday the 30th - PROMISES & - I AM STILL ON VODACOM - NO ONE HAS UPDATED ME - MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!
