Frustrating service!!!

Tuesday 08:03 i received an sms informing me that my contract is up for renewal. So i decided today to visit a VODA shop to upgrade my contract. When i entered the shop a lady greeted me and i explained why i need assistance. The lady then informs me that "NO your contract is not up for renewal yet please coma back tomorrow... Tomorrow why not today? I left the shop quite frustrated and decided to call vodacom customer care. The consultant advised me that i can upgrade my contract today and that i should call 0821959. I called this number 3 times and kept on getting cut off, eventualy i managed to speak to a lady who advised me that i can only upgrade my contact from next week Friday? Why did i get the sms... why am i getting 3 sets of conflicting information? I left Cell C for this very same reason... should i maybe try MTN now!!! I am very unhappy and not willing to call you again, you can call me.
