Good day

my name is Nadia on wednesday my service was blocked . on thursday 4 april i wanted to do a sim swop because my simcard is faulty its not working at all, so i went to the store in westgate. the guy that assisted me in the store said do a free sim swop for me when i make the payment, i made the payment and went back when i went back someone else helped me and he said im going to pay R150 i asked him what about the free sim swap and he said no. i phoned the call centre and they said if the one said he'll do it for free then they should. on friday i went back and i spoke to the store manager and he said im going to pay i said but the one guy said he will do the sim swop for free but they refused to. i phoned the call centre agian the call centre agent who assisted me said she will email her supervisor and make sure the sim swop is done by 17:00pm friday and i am still waiting for it to be done. its pathetic and today sunday 7 April i spoke to a call centre agent again and she said if they do the sim swop over the phone im also going to pay after i was told that its free. they have loged a query regarding this on thursday and friday and they still havent came back
