After 5 weeks of waiting, Afrihost managed to get me surfing - it's been a long and tedious process, but something stood out throughout what became daily interactions... great attitude at the call centre. I've dealt with numerous individuals, but the fellow who dealt with me on Friday and again yesterday stood out even more. Siyabonga was polite, efficient, friendly - and apologetic. When people are angry about service, it's often just that simple apology that makes all the difference. In Siyabonga's case, an apology was combined with efficiency, and it's thanks to him that Afrihost has got our business, instead of MWeb.
