Terrible Service from Branch

I currently have a contract with Vodacom. I decided to buy myself an iPhone and Migrate from Blackberry to iPhone. After knowing that the iPhone takes a Nano SIM I went to the Clearwater Branch to get a Nano sim for my phone. I was helped by a fellow called Justin who told me I could Dual SIM my current sim and cancel it once I get my iPhone so my number will be moved to my Nano SIM. Upon Arrival of my iPhone, I used my Nano SIM, all my calls were forwarded to the Nano sim but my number was different. Vodacom they informed me that the representative had added my Nano SIM as a twin call and I would not be able to get my original number on the Nano SIM. I would have to buy a new one and do a SIM swop. Yesterday 23/01/2012 I went to do buy a second Nano SIM to do a SIM swop at around 5pm. The tall black gentleman that helped me told me it would take 3 - 7 hours to activate. I called vodacom customer care to find out the SIM swop was not done yesterday, upon vodacoms investigation the SIM swop was done this morning by the store and I have to wait further. Why is the service so pathetic when all I wanted was a simple solution? Bearing in mind I spent R210 on 2x Nano SIMs aswell!!!
