No line move since Novembe

Hi

I requested a line to be moved on the 19/11/2013 and had no feedback what so ever. I called last week and sent an online request for assistance, still no response from Telkom.
Again, today i called and was told they will call me back once they know what is happening.
I put in another online request for assistance but I have no feedback from Telkom.

Please assist, i need my ADSL line moved asap!!
