Moving bundled line back to Telkom

I had the Afrihost 10 mb uncapped Adsl bundled package since May 2013.

Now I moved apartments at the start of November so I needed to move the telkom line.

I phoned Afrihost in the middle of October to initiate the thing so that I would have minimal downtime on my adsl. They said that I needed to move the line back to Telkom before I could move the line.

So I asked them to unbundle the thing and asked how long it would take. They said it would be ready at the end of October.

1 November I tried to move the line via Telkom and was told that it is still being managed by a 3rd party. So I called again and the operator said that something had gone wrong and the line move had not been initiated. So they initiated the unbundling then and said it would take up to 5 days to move back. So I called a today (Over a week later) and was told that it is still pending and can take 14-30 days.

So now I have paid for a full month for my Adsl and have not had access to it. In addition I have heard 3 differing account of how long the line migration takes.

I am on the phone right now cancelling my Afrihost. I just want my line moved back to telkom so that I can go with another ISP.
