SMS bundle charged for but not delivered

For over a year, I have been paying for an SMS 200 bundle on my wife's MTN 200 TopUp contract. But since July, my wife has not had 200 free SMS's. I brought this to the attention of MTN on 10 Dec (ref #6044656). After initially denying there was a problem, I got the following response 9 days later: "A credit for SMS's charged incorrectly has been processed for invoice date 07/12/2012 on SMS 200 bucket as usage was depleting incorrectly " (REQ:1521270).

No-one contacted me. I was shocked. I had many unanswered questions, like "Is the problem fixed? What is the refund value and how did you calculate it? " I immediately replied that I was very unhappy with this response and asked to be contacted to discuss the matter (ref #6075429). 4 weeks later I am still waiting. And my wife is still not getting the 200 free SMS's that I am paying for. And she is still paying 75c for "subsequent" SMS's instead of 30c.

I am so incensed I am ready to recommend to Metropolitan management that we switch to Vodacom.
