I moved house end April 2013. I put a request in to have my ADSL line moved to my new premises and to cancel my current line.
I got an SMS stating that a new line will be installed in my new house. Nothing happend - no line was installed.
The old house is empty and the lines are not being used.
I am still however getting billed.
I called Telkom stating my case, they say that there is no recorrd of my move or cancellation. I got a reference # TOC496260977 for my last call.
I was told that they cannot do anything until the second cancellation happens. I must then raise a dispute with the accounts department.
I would like my case to be investigated and my charges for the old line be reversed.
