Moving a line

On November the 18th I requested my line and ADSL line to be moved to my new address. The website said there is ADSL available in my new place of residency.
On December the 6th I still had not received any feedback save for an acknowledgment of my requested transfer.

So I phoned in on Friday and was told no sorry we cant move the ADSL line. Nice of Telkom to tell me that one week before I move.

They then wanted a further 30 days notice to cancel the ADSL line and then move my Landline.

After arguing that I had in my opinion already given 30 days notice, they agreed to cancel the ADLS right away and move the line. I spoke to a zulfa at 10210.By the time I got home the ADSL line had been cancelled. However, I still don't know whats happening to my landline and for the last two days no one answers in the call centre.

I am 7 days away from moving and still don't know if my line is being moved and cant get answers from Telkom.
