Telkom at it again

We recently moved from Pretoria to Durban
I called Telkom to find out how we go about it
I couldn't get through to 10210, out of frustration I logged onto [URL Removed] and requested it online.
I got a confirmation e-mail that the line would be moved but no date was committed to.
Someone called to advise me the installation would happen on the 17th of Dec.
Someone duly arrived and proceeded to install MY line in my Neighbours house!!!
I called, tried online and went to the Telkom shop to try and explain the line is in the wrong house
I got a new date of the 20th to move the line to our house. No one pitched...
We have now been in Durban for 24 days and my neighbour has free access to my ADSL as well as phone line.
The best part is I don't even know our new number!!!
I will not be paying for the rental on this line for December and expect to be reimbursed for the R2000 plus we have spent on 3G as a result.
I cannot change my address with the banks, accounts or anyone as I don't have the phone number!!
Pathetic to sat the least
and with Christmas and new year ahead I can only imagine that this will take another 2 weeks at least before anyone even attempts to assist
