I did an upgrade of my contract from Blackberry to the Sam-sung Mini S4. Which means a change to a micro chip Sim-card. It took a month to activate the Sim Swap. Senait assured me that it will take only 2 hours??? When I got to the shop they could not even find my contract after a month. Needless to say I don't think their skill is up to standard. The Special at the time of my upgrade was 2 covers free witch they did not know about and I waited for 3 weeks. I contacted Vodaworld to complain. They took down my detail but till today I had no joy.
