I have 2x contracts with Vodacom, for many years. (One for my son- he is student)
Both contracts was due for an upgrade beg. October '13. I ph contract cancellations, to adv them that I dont want to renew, as their deals for phones, costs for calls and data are much more expensive than their competitors. I sp to very nice lady, Bridget, who wanted to know what she can offer me, not to lose my contracts. I gave her my requests, she tried, but was unsuccessful. I wanted 2x S4 phones. I expl to her, that their offer is to expensive. After a week, i decided to upgrade to 2x S4 mini's as they were av at R249 each (incl 500 mb data free) micro sd card for one and a battery charge unit for the other. I spoke to a Thabo. It took him about 50 minutes to finalize. He was very confused. I orded a black ph with a micro sd card, and asked for a micro simcard for my son. (0824982026) This on 10 Nov. I ordered a white S4 mini for me (0826611766) with the battery unit, but till today not received this. The black phone with the sd card (without a micro sim) was delivered 15/11. I have enq and fought since 10 Nov. the ph just get put down in my ear. The staff cant help me. Refuse to ref me to Mng
