On the 06-07-2013 Vodacom deactivate my BIS on my phone because I did change contract type. then they told me they will reactivate the BIS and I am still waiting did phone 111 at 22:30 and they told me that the service was not active. and they cant activate the BIS because I will be bill for it. Vodacom did tell me that it will be free BIS that is way 111 cant activate it. so it means I need to go back to vodaworld all they way from roodepoort.
