I received a email (I still have the email, (from : [Email Removed] from Lucas (0838696717 / (011) 435 0429) from the Cosmos MTN shop in The Glen that I would be credited with R1143 should I upgrade with their store. They stated they money would be placed in my MTN acc and my monthly bill would deducted until credited funds were used up. I specifically and repeatedly asked Mpho during my upgrade is the amount was still available, to which she replied it was.
I did and no credit was given. Lucas doesn't work their anymore and the person I upgraded with with, Mpho, wont help me, says its not on the system anymore.
I have mailed MTN twice, ref 2877448 and ref 2940128 with no feedback at all.
I have spoken to their call centre twice as well with no one coming back to me, 1st ref : 106236795 and 2nd 106659149 (The last ref might be wrong as I wrote it down in a hurry, you can use my cell nr to trace the ref.)
I didn't want to post on hellopeter but MTN left me no choice.
